Power User’s Guide

Use

Power users are users with extended knowledge in certain applications and who have special permissions or roles. They work in the specialist departments in the company and are available to other users as a contact person.

This guide describes the possible tasks assigned to power users. Power users do not require extensive technical knowledge of the systems used.

Enterprise Knowledge Management

This scenario contains several variants in which power users perform activities:

You use the Content Creation, Publication, and Access variant to manage folder structures in the portal and the documents they contain. You provide an environment in which authors create documents and make sure that users can find information.
