The Business Content for the Web Survey component is used to manage and evaluate the data generated with the surveys created in the Survey Cockpit. From the view of Business Content it is not important in connection with which specific application the data was collected. This means in the Business Content for the Web Survey component, you have access to all the transaction data that was generated using the component.
The Business Content for the Web Survey fulfills a double integration function regarding the data it manages:
· On the one hand, the data generated with the help of the cross-application component Web Survey is managed in a common repository. As a result, you have simultaneous access to data of those applications that use this component. This includes the following applications:
Ў Cost Center Accounting (CO-OM-CCA)
Ў Business Planning and Simulation (SEM-BPS)
Ў Stakeholder Relationship Management (SEM-SRM)
· On the other hand, the Business Content objects described here are also used to manage data generated with the application-specific component Survey Tool (mySAP CRM).
