SETSTATIC ( <class name> , <attribute> , <parameter> ).

SETSTATIC ( <class name> , <attribute> , <parameter> , <target system> ).

This command assigns the value of a parameter <parameter>. to a public static attribute <attribute> of a global class. Because the attribute is a static attribute, there is no need to instantiate the class.

If <parameter> designates a structured parameter, the contents of all the fields are copied to the fields with the same name in <attribute>.

<attribute> can be a path – for example, <structure>-<field> to address parts of a structure. Here, the separator is a hyphen. The path can also have other classes. In this case the separator is a class component selector (=>) – for example, <class>=><field>.
