WAIT

Use

WAIT ( <parameter> ).

This command makes the script wait a number of seconds given by <parameter>, before continuing with the next eCATT command. <parameter> can have a numeric value up to 9999.

During the waiting time, the current work process is released.

WAIT can be useful for dealing with asynchronous updates. For example, you can allow time after a transaction for an update to be done, so that a following transaction can access the current data.

Example

WAIT ( 5 ).
