Actions can be displayed directly for documents to which an action profile is assigned. You can include the action list in the document display in a subscreen, for example on a tab page. Alternatively, you can also provide a report for your application. The following information can be displayed in the list for each action:
For example, for scheduled actions or for successfully processed actions.
The description from Customizing is used here, which may give information about the purpose of the action.
The settings determined in the Customizing of the action definition and the conditions are displayed here.
In addition to the standard list functions of the SAP List Viewer, you can perform the following functions in the action list, depending on the Customizing settings:
Activate (= schedule) selected action that was not defined with schedule automatically. The possible actions are offered in the list box next to this symbol.
Execute selected action directly. You can only execute actions that are still unprocessed and for which the field Executable in Dialog is selected in their action definition in Customizing. Other actions are processed automatically.
Repeat processing of selected action. You can only repeat processing for actions that have already been processed and for which the field Changeable in Dialog is selected in their action definition in Customizing.
Deactivate selected action, that is, remove it from the list. The action becomes inactive and can be scheduled again if necessary. This is only possible for actions that are unprocessed and for which the field Changeable in Dialog is selected in their action definition in Customizing.
