The characteristic Attendee Type (0ATTENDEETY) is used to differentiate and evaluate internal and external attendees. This depends on what attendee types you have defined as internal and external. You must define attendee types before you can evaluate employee data, for example.

If hierarchies exist for the InfoObjects Business Event Group (0EVENTGROUP), Organizational Unit (0ORGUNIT) and Master Cost Center (0MAST_CCTR), you can activate these with ® Characteristics. This allows you to depict hierarchical, multi-level aggregations.

In Training and Event Management, the hierarchical display feature is only available for business event groups that have event dates for which bookings have actually been made.

Time Characteristics

The time units used in the InfoCube to calculate a time period are decimal minutes and decimal hours, that is, 100 minutes = 1 hour. So, for example, 1 hour and 20 minutes is equal to 1.30 decimal hours.
