Use

This query displays employees’ qualifications for the current calendar year. It serves as a data source for Crystal Reports, which can be used as a data source for iViews in the Business Package for Manager Self-Service.

Filters

0EMPLGROUP	Employee Group

When the query is called, the Employment Status characteristic filters all employees with employment status 3 (=active) and the Employee Group characteristic filters all employees who belong to employee group 1 (=active). That is, the query only displays results for active employees.
