Use

With reference to the month most recently posted in the current year or the current calendar year, this structure indicates the number of applications in relation to the number of applicants.

Element

Selection/Formula

Number of Applicants &0T_MYEAR&

Number of applicants &0T_MYEAR& = number of applicants with reference to the month most recently posted (current year)

Number of Applications &0T_CYEAR&

Number of applications &0T_CYEAR& = number of applications with reference to the current calendar year

Factor of Applications/Applicants

Factor of applications/applicants = number of applications / number of applicants

In templates/structures that refer to time periods, the time periods are displayed as text variables (such as &0T_CYEAR&, &0T_CQUAT&) in the structures and the preview. When you execute a query, the actual values (calendar year or quarter) are automatically generated.

The Factor of Applications/Applicants in Current Year structure uses the &0T_MYEAR& and &0T_CYEAR& text variables for the month most recently posted (current year) and the current year. In February 2000, for example, the month most recently posted (current year) is replaced by 02.2000, and the current year is replaced by 2000.
