Task Field

The HR Executive is the strategic manager of the HR department and is responsible for implementing the company’s goals in the area of Human Resources. The main task of the HR Executive is to coordinate activities and initiatives in all areas of Human Resources, such as Recruitment, Personnel Development, Compensation, and Communication. He or she is also responsible for tailoring these activities and initiatives to the company’s situation.

The HR Executive reports directly to the management. To enable the HR Executive to make decisions, he or she must have direct access to all person-related key figures, reports, and statistics.
