Use

You can use visibility to control the access authorizations to an appointment.

Features

The appointment calendar offers three levels of visibility:

  • public

By default, public appointments can be displayed by all employees. Examples of such appointments include company meetings and customer visits.

  • private

In the case of private appointments, information such as the title and description can only be displayed by you and by employees you have selected. Examples of such appointments include lunch dates and doctor appointments. The times of private appointments can be displayed by all employees and these appointments can, therefore, be taken into consideration when appointments are being planned in your company.

  • secret

In the case of secret appointments, information such as the title and description can only be accessed by you exclusively. The times of secret appointments can be displayed by all employees and these appointments can, therefore, be taken into consideration when appointments are being planned in your company.
