Printing the Appointment List
You can print lists with the appointments of one or more employees.
Choose Appointment Calendar ® Print.
In the Calendar Selection box, specify the employees for whom appointment lists are to be printed. If you want an employee to be sent the appointment list by mail, enter the name of employee in the Send mail field.
If the list of all specified employees is to be sent, enter the recipient in the Combined List box.
The lists are sent to the specified recipients and displayed on your screen.
Choose List ® Print.
In the subsequent dialog box, specify the printer and confirm.
