Parameter

Description

USERNAME

Indicator denoting that the Outlook folders are to be selected on the basis of Outlook Folder_ID and user names.

In this case, the root folders for incoming mails, appointments and tasks are displayed for the user in question irrespective of the actual names of the folders. The folders are hence selected irrespective of language. If the indicator if not set, only the inbox is displayed in languages other than English.

Each user’s Workplace user name must be recognized as an alias on the mail server (for example as an NT user name), if this function is to be used.

You cannot use the function with Outlook 98.

NOFOLDERCHANGE

Indicator denoting that only the inbox is to be displayed and that the pushbuttons for switching between the Outlook folders are to be hidden.

Set this indicator if switching between different folders does not work (because you do not use Outlook in English and have not set the parameter USERNAME). If this parameter is set, the pushbuttons for creating appointments and tasks are hidden.

NOCREATE

Indicator denoting that the pushbuttons for creating mails, appointments and tasks are to be hidden.

NOFIND

Indicator denoting that the pushbutton for searching for mails is to be hidden.

NOADDRESS

Indicator denoting that the pushbutton for opening the Address Book is to be hidden.
