Displaying Saved Lists Directory

Prerequisites

You are in the initial screen of the InfoSets component.

Procedure

Proceed as follows to display a directory of the saved lists:

  1. Choose the function Goto ® List Directory.

    An overview appears containing the records total for each user group filled by the saved lists of the queries. Each record contains about 2900 bytes.

  2. From this overview, double click on a user group to access it.

    An overview appears containing the records total for the saved lists.

  3. From this overview, double click on a query to access it.

The individual saved lists are displayed together with their creation time, long text and the number of filled data records.

You can delete lists in this screen.

This is in fact the same screen as that displayed when the Goto ® Saved lists function is called for a specific query in the Query Maintenance component.
