Get Call State

This function is used to call a list of the current statuses of existing calls.

Choose Calls ® Get Call State.

Wait for Call

This function transfers the SPS tester to wait mode. Wait mode cannot be canceled by the tester, but only by the following events:

  • An inbound call (Alerting)
  • Cancellation of wait mode (for example, by CANCEL WAIT of another SPS tester instance)
  • Active connection when wait mode is set
  • Occurrence of a user-specific event.
  1. Choose Calls ® Wait for Call.
  2. Specify the telephone number and a work mode. You can select the following work modes:
    • No change

No change of work mode

    • Ready

Call center agents set their work mode to Ready before they change to a wait status.

    • Work Ready

Before call center agents transfer their servers to wait mode, the work mode is set to Ready. After an inbound call has been received, the work mode is automatically set to Ready again.

    • Work Not Ready

Before call center agents transfer their servers to wait mode, the work mode is set to Ready. After an inbound call has been received, the work mode is set to Not Ready.
