Structure of Call Attached Data

The call attached data (CAD) is attached to a call in a table. The information is characterized by different keys. Several instances can be used in order to differentiate the same keys for different subjects or for process courses that occur at different times. The data stored in the table can be described in a tree structure. An object that includes the whole structure is always used as the root. In the tester, the test calling number is always used as the root.

Objects

The following table lists the available objects. You can also define your own values for the CAD.

Name

Description

CIC_CLIPBOARD

Contains business objects and structured fields, which are displayed in CIC_CLIPBOARD.

PDCALL

Identifies a planned call and contains all the relevant data. The data is transferred from the SAP system to the gateway using PD functions.

KEYVALUE

Unstructured data

In the SPS tester, the KEYVALUES are of particular interest. The CIC_CLIPBOARD and PDCALL data can also be used for test purposes, but this data is less important.

Key

The following table shows which predefined keys can be assigned to which objects. The value range of the key is also specified.
