Displaying the User Profile

Use

In the BW workload monitor, you can display the workload in different analysis views which highlight the workload from a particular perspective. One of these aspects is the question of how the reporting workload is distributed among the different users and what the workload profile of an individual user looks like. With this information, you can answer questions such as:

·        In which user types can the users be subdivided?

·        How many users have performed a certain number of navigation steps?

·        How many navigation steps has a particular user executed?

You require a special authorization (profile S_TOOLS_EX) to display this analysis view.

The analysis view User Statistics is only available by importing the SAP Note 840763 or the relevant Support Package.

INFOCONSUMER

POWER USER

> 1200

A calendar week is the minimum time period for a meaningful assignment of the users to a corresponding user type.

Aggregation View User Category

The output area displays the number of users and the total number of navigation steps in each case, assigned to the relevant categories.
